I’m only a couple weeks in, and already feeling stronger, healthier, and happier!

I'm greatly encouraged starting CrossFit! I'm only a couple weeks in, and already feeling stronger, healthier, and happier! I have struggled for years both with not pushing myself and also being afraid of hurting myself if I do. I love these classes because I don't have to wonder if I'm doing enough or to worry that I'm doing something stupid. George knows how to modify everything to each person's needs and abilities, and he's very encouraging, motivating, and fun! You might want to give it a try! 😀
